Refund Policy

Once a return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 2 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 1 working day to initiate refund. Post refund initiation, it takes 5-7 working days to reflect in customer's account. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

NOTE:  Order is not accepted if the packaging is torn or in bad state

Post return is raised, it takes 2 business days for product pickup. Post pickup, 24 working works to initiate the refund and then 5-7 business days to reflect in customer's account.

What is the duration within which returns are accepted?

The expected timelines are as below:

  • Prepaid orders 7 Business days after successful Quality Check   
  • COD Orders 7 Business days after successful Quality Check

For COD orders, refund against return will be given in Bank A/C

If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

If you return an order delivered to you, shipping/cod charge if applicable will not be refunded.

If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at care@peachcrafts.com within 6 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM- 6 PM. some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.

Banks will send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than INR. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.

In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.
